The Role: London
You will be responsible for growing and retaining the companies user base.
You will be expected to create and execute social media campaigns in order to drive user growth across organic and paid acquisition channels.
You will be expected to track and report on the efficiency of campaigns.
You will be optimising campaigns on the fly and shift marketing budget towards the most cost-effective channels.
This is a new start-up company which is a technology that will allow internet users to select the type of adverts they see while earning rewards for doing so.
It is a sociable company based in a WeWork office which has free alcohol for members of the business.
You will take part in weekly pub quiz's and activities.
You will be provided with pension benefits.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will be the right person if you've had 12+ months experience working at a media agency.
You will be the right candidate if you are driven and ambitious.
You will be the right person if you are able to demonstrate good communications skills and are able to take feedback well.
What You’ll Get:
You will receive a generous salary of between £25,000-£35,000.
On top of this you will be provided an excellent bonus structure based on performances.
You will be allocated a share in the company.
1st - 20 minute call with Head of User Growth
2nd - Case study completed at home (30-45 mins).
3rd - F2F with CEO and Head of User Growth (30-60 mins).
