The Role:

  • As a Business Development Consultant you will actively identify and approach potential new customers through own research, company generated campaigns and internal CRM system

  • Make cold approaches to clearly and persuasively describe and sell the companies products and services to potential customers.

  • Arrange and attend both online and in person meetings with potential clients to demonstrate the Sonovate product and services.

  • Work cross-functionally where necessary in order to generate sales, leads, efficiencies, conversions, additional revenue and business opportunities.

  • They are a leader within their field and you will be selling a solution where you are able to make a difference.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A background in contract recruitment would be beneficial, as would an understanding of the either the IT, Engineering, Energy, Life Sciences or Banking & Finance sectors

  • A candidate with a degree is preferred but not essential

  • You will be a driven and articulate individual who is a good team-player

  • Ability to build relationships with all levels of stakeholders

What You’ll Get:

  • You will be given a competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 and an OTE of £20,000 - £30,000

  • There is an uncapped earning potential and you will be joining a consistently overachieving team.

  • If successful within the role, there is great potential to earn a 6 figure package in year 2
