The Role:

  • The opportunity to become the company's 1st BDR in the UK.

  • You will be expected to prospect new business by cold-calling, cold-emailing and cold-inmailing and qualifying leads.

  • After this, you will be expected to book meetings for your Hiring Manager to close the business.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • If you are a hard-working and self-motivated individual with a great interest in sales and technology, this role might just be for you!

  • Any experience is B2B sales is ideal but not essential

  • Sporting backgrounds are preferred but again not essential

What You’ll Get:

  • You will be given a competitive basic salary of between £21,000-£28,000

  • Opportunity to also earn £20,000+ OTE in your first year

  • On top of this, you will be entitled to 28 days holiday EXCLUDING banks

  • You will also be entitled to an additional £1,000, which you can use to attend any courses of your choice which you feel would benefit you in developing your skills as a BDR.

Process:

  • 2 stages: 1st - Telephone call with Hiring Manager

  • Final - F2F with Head of Business Development and Hiring Manager and a 10 minute presentation
