The Job

  • You will be the first customer success manager for the company

  • Your primary role will be to convert inbound leads and customers who have downloaded a free trial of the platform to paying customers

  • You will be expected to increase the revenue of the accounts and in doing so will up-sell and offer further value added services

  • A part of your role will also involve customer support, handling any complaints and dealing with any issues promptly to ensure overall customer satisfaction

The Ideal Candidate

  • You will have experience in Google Ads/ PPC

  • Ideally, you will be a PPC Account Manager or Executive or you will have experience in PPC and Google Ads alongside customer success/ customer service or customer support experience

  • Will be based in the Manchester area
