​The Role:

This will be a Lead Generation role in which you will making outbound calls to source new leads for the team.

You will also be targeted to set meetings which will be organised to produce campaigns and events.

You will be positioning the companies differentiation strategies in the market concisely and confidently.

You will be expected to conduct discussions with prospective customers by phone and email to understand pain points and effectively correlate business value to needs, with examples.

You will be targeted to make weekly sales outbound lead development goals and meeting targets.

The Ideal Candidate:

You must have 6+ months Tech Sales experience

You must be Degree Educated

You will be a driven and self-motivated team player.

You will be expected to be comfortable on the phone, as you will be making many cold and warm calls daily.

What You’ll Get:

You will be paid a generous salary of between £28,000.00 - £30,000.00

You can be expected to earn £18,000-£22,000 OTE.

You will be provided health and pension benefits.

On top of this you will be given a transport and lunch allowance, as well as 25 days holiday + banks.

Process:

Interview Process - 2 stages:

1st stage - Telephone call with Team Lead + Customer Success

2nd Stage - On sight interviews with a task-based pitch with Team Lead + Customer Success and SDR team, followed by a task
