​The Role:

  • This is a Sales Development Representative role where you will be qualifying, engaging and responding to inbound inquires.

  • You will also be expected to proactively act upon sourcing your own leads through outbound calls, emails and inmails.

  • You will also be working closely with the Customer Team on their strategic sales approach and to develop

  • Developing a deep knowledge base of their prospects’ industries, competition and sales processes to support insightful conversations and sales cycle with Business Leaders will be a huge part of the role.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will have had 6-12 months sales experience in a B2B environment

  • Throughout your experience as an SDR you will have had experienced speaking with Senior Decision-Makers.

  • If you haven't had experience as an SDR, you will had experience as a recruiter working at Executive Level salaries.

  • You will be a highly-driven and coachable individual with good written and communication skills.

What You’ll Get:

  • You will receive a basic salary of between £28,000 and £31,000, with an OTE of between £10,000-£17,000.

  • On top of this competitive salary, you will be entitled to 25 days holidays plus banks.
