​The Role:

  • You will be heavily supporting their Account Executive in Dubai via lead qualifications.

  • You will be making outbound calls to qualify interest through cold calling and campaign follow-ups.

  • You will arrange appointments with prospective clients across the UAE.

  • You will deal with inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns.

  • You will protectively manage your territory plan daily.

  • This is a 6 month contract with scope for it to become a permanent position.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You'll need 12+ months sales experience.

  • You'll need to be fluent in English and Arabic.

  • You'll need to be professional, confident and have a good sense of humour.

What You’ll Get:

  • Basic salary of £28,000-£33,000 per annum (£14,000-£16,500 over the 6 month contract).

  • OTE - you can expect to earn around £50,000-£60,000 in the first year (£25,000-£30,000 over the 6 month contract).

  • You will be provided with health and pension benefits.

  • You will get 25 days holiday per annum (12-13 days holiday over the 6 month contract).

  • You will be given a Commuter allowance towards daily travel to and from work.

Process:

3 Stage process:

1st - 20 minute phone interview.

2nd - 60 minute face to face interview.

3rd - Phone call interview with Account Executive in Dubai.
